Our friend is an incredible chef. Like amazing. We had this steak-3-ways smorgasbord that was by far the best meal of my life. Add in great friends and it was an epic night.

Surprise road trip! We have the time and plenty of people to visit so here we go! First stop - Rancho Mirage (next to Palm Springs) with my dad, aunt and uncle. Here's the "boys" enjoying cigars and port to end the night.

Adam took me out to Point Reyes for a lovely beach walk - and we saw whales!!! So close to the shore it was nuts. You can barely see it, but beyond the waves is a little evidence of one of the whales. I love being back in CA!

So with prepping for our move, we've been labeling all of our boxes with their number to reference their contents, the box dimensions, and weight of the box. Imagine our surprise that this museum labels their incoming exhibit boxes the same! Just wish our contents was as cool as "dragon"!
